At this time orders can only be paid by Cheque, Postal order, online banking or money order (Registered post and UKP only). Orders paid by postal order or money by registered post will be automatically shipped (stock permitting). Orders placed by cheque will be shipped once the cheque has cleared.

NOTE: WE CANNOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF FRAUDULENT CARDS BEING USED.

PICK UP (Cash / Postal Orders Only)

We do allow pickups but you still need to pre-order (by phone or email) before pickup and have an acknowledgement email from us. Because we do not store stock on the premises we need to have your goods delivered to us before you arrive. This process normally only takes an hour because the stock is held locally.

Returns Policy

With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition (including manufacturer's packaging!), for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date.

EXCEPTIONS:
All our items are warranted again defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days. Our E Series Electric picks are warranted for 90 days. This warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear of the tools. Lock picks may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective. Orders cancelled after shipping has occurred will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
